Procedure:
You must call CPS on the number above as soon as possible
after the booking has been made and no later than 7 days before arriving at the
airport. The information they require is: name, Holiday Extras booking reference,
flight numbers and times, and terminal of departure. They will confirm all arrangements
with you. On the day of your departure, you drive to your departure terminal where
a uniformed chauffeur is waiting to take your car to Securapark (a secured car
park close to the airport) or to the Long Term Car Parks at the airport. Return
Procedure:
The car is waiting at the airport terminal for you on your
return. Airport transfers:
Your car is collected and returned
to the airport terminal.You are met at your depature terminal
Check-in
Time
We recommend you allow 40 - 50 minutes to check-in and transfer to
the airport. Disabled Facilities:
Suitable service which can
be used by disabled customers. Please mention when re-confirming with CPS.
